Place your order on our website. Once payment is made, a link to our Custom Filter Google form will be sent to your email within 5 minutes upon successful transaction. Do remember to check your email! 😉
In our Google Form, you'd be able to choose your preferred filter design. Type in the relevant details as requested and click submit.
Once we have received your reply via Google Form, we will start your filter(s) customisation process and upload the filter(s) to Instagram and Facebook to get it approved. This process usually takes 24 - 48 hours which is beyond our control. Therefore, we strongly suggest you to place your order earlier to avoid any delay.
We will send you the link to the filter once it gets approved on Instagram and Facebook. You will also get a complimentary QR code design card (that links straight to your custom wedding filters) so you can print and place it on your guest tables. Your guests will be able to use it on your wedding day to capture all memorable moments on your big day! (There is no expiration date to use this filter).
