These terms of service (the “Terms”) apply to any transaction or order you, as an end user (“you” or “user”) make in this website, with respect to the printing and shipping services (the “Services”).

Any transaction or other related engagement you make with services (whether via the site, other site, phone or both services (whether via the site, other site, phone or other channels) constitute your agreement to and acceptance of these Terms, who constitutes the legal, binding agreement between you and the providing company, The Bridal Helpline (the “Company”, “us” “we”).

You agree that:

(d) transmits any harmful or disabling computer codes or viruses;
(e) interferes with our network services;
(f) attempts to gain unauthorized access to our Services or network services;
(g) impairs or limits our ability to operate the Services or any other person's ability to access and use the Services;
(h) uses any methods, means or devices to click on to the Services or cause a visit to the website or use the Services (including making transactions) for purposes of manipulating the results of any Internet search engine, or for any other purpose other than conducting real estate related business with "The Bridal Helpline".
(i) unlawfully impersonates or otherwise misrepresents your affiliation with any person or entity;
(j) harms, threatens, harasses, abuses or intimidates another person in any way or involves images or content that depicts, promotes, encourages, indicates, advocates or tends to incite the commission of a crime or other unlawful activities;
(k) Use the Services for or with respect to content that you have no rights or authorizations to use;
(l) dilutes or depreciates the name and reputation of the "The Bridal Helpline" or any of its affiliates;
(m) uploads any content or images that infringes any third party's intellectual property rights or infringes any third party's right of privacy; or
(n) unlawfully uploads any confidential, proprietary or trade secret information.

USE AND ACCESS TO THE SERVICES
The Services provided to you by "The Bridal Helpline" are solely those that are relevant to the specific printing and ordering of a content made available to you by the website. 

"The Bridal Helpline" reserves the right at all times, in its sole discretion and without notice to you, to deny your access to and use of the Services. You agree that you may not use or attempt to use any of the Services to represent that you have any (express or implied) affiliation with "The Bridal Helpline" or broker relationship with "The Bridal Helpline" without the express written permission of "The Bridal Helpline". You may not use the Services for any purpose other than expressly defined under these Terms.

You agree and acknowledge that you have the sole responsibility and liability for your use of the Services, including any content or image you use, upload, print, order and pay for.

THIRD-PARTY VENDORS and SERVICES
You hereby agree and acknowledge that in order to provide the Services, “The Bridal Helpline” may use, now or in the future, 3rd party vendors and service providers, including for purposes of billing, payment processing, orders processing, printing, shipping and so on. In which case, you acknowledge that we will make any effort to provide you with the highest level of services, however, errors and delays may occur, and we will not be responsible to any such errors, delays or un-satisfaction of the Services, including those provided by or via 3rd parties.

Unless expressly stated otherwise "The Bridal Helpline" does not endorse, approve, sponsor or control any of such 3rd parties, and we are not in any way responsible for, any of the content, services, calculations, information, products or materials available at or through any such 3rd parties (whether provided via the website, Services or physically).
By using the Services you acknowledge and agree that "The Bridal Helpline" will not be responsible or liable to you or any other person for any damages or claims that might result from your use of the Services (including any 3rd party services provided therein or through which).

REVISIONS
You agree and acknowledge that we may revise or change these Terms at any time, with or without notice to you, provided that we will make sure to notify you about any material change of these Terms 7 days before such changes become effective. You agree that any continues use of these Terms or any use of the Services constitutes your acceptance and agreement to any revised Terms. We encourage you to frequently review these Terms. "The Bridal Helpline" will honor current pricing at the time of your order. However, "The Bridal Helpline" reserves the exclusive right to change pricing, rates, shipment terms etc. at anytime, without notice.

LOCATION
You understand and acknowledge that "The Bridal Helpline" controls and operates the Services from the state of Sabah, Malaysia. The Services provide information regarding services and products that are made available within Malaysia. You acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for compliance with all the local laws applicable to your access to and use of the Services, however, the state of Malaysia’s laws, will apply to any dispute related to these Terms. Any dispute related to the Services or these Terms shall be exclusively brought to the competent courts of Sabah, Malaysia courts.


THE INTERNET AS AN OPEN NETWORK
While certain designated parts of this Web site employ technologies to secure your data and the transmissions between you and "The Bridal Helpline", the Internet is an open system and we cannot provide absolute assurances that transmissions cannot be intercepted/decrypted by others.

PRIVACY AND SECURITY
Mandatory and Optional Information: We identify what information is required to fulfill your request. If you chose not to provide mandatory information, we will not be able to provide you the service you are requesting.
Service Alerts and Critical Notices: Although we respect and honor the privacy preferences you have expressed, we may need to contact you to inform you of specific changes that may impact your ability to use this service or for other critical non-marketing purposes, such as bug alerts. We may also contact you to respond to your specific requests, to clarify the order information you provided to us, or to notify you of upcoming subscription expiration dates.

If you wish to purchase any products or services via the Services, we will ask you to supply billing and shipping information applicable to your purchase. You agree to pay all charges and applicable taxes that you incur at the prices in effect when you place your order. We reserve the right, with or without prior notice, to limit the available quantity to discontinue any product or service. We also reserve the right to impose conditions on any coupon or promotional code and to refuse any order in our sole discretion. We reserve the right to ship partial orders (at no additional cost to you), and the portion of any order that is partially shipped may be charged at the time of shipment.

RETURNS AND PRODUCT WARRANTY
If your order arrives damaged or if the product is defective you can contact us for return it within 7 days of the delivery date and we will investigate and in the right occasions will refund you for the damaged or defective items or replace it at our discretion. Please be noted that this statement applies solely to physical goods and shall not apply to any digital goods you acquired via the Services or the website, and any such purchase is under your sole risk and responsibility.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

ACCORDINGLY, SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. HOWEVER, IN NO EVENT SHALL "THE BRIDAL HELPLINE"S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION (WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE) EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, IN ACCESSING OR USING THE SERVICES.
